The ADES Framework (Agile Delivery and Evolutionary Systems) is a learning framework targeted at agile organizations. It ties together technical and organizational aspects and defines six ‘learning sectors’. Agile organizations need to continuously improve and work on these sectors to achieve the goal of sustainable agile practice.

Many companies currently go through an ‘Agile Transition’ or ‘Digital Transformation’, have a ‘Cloud Initiative’ or work with ‘Microservices’. All of these (abstract) concepts aim for flexibility, speed, longevity and constant improvement. Chances for success are highest if these topics are not worked on in isolation, but seen as possible tactics to achieve a well balanced change effort.

This broad and interdisciplinary view is summarized on this website. If you have any contributions, please feel free to send an email to info@ades-framework.org.
